Strategy is empty without alignment. Alignment is impossible without perspective and truth.”

Strategic advisor to enterprise leaders at consequential inflection points.
That quote above didn’t come from theory. It was forged over decades of directing enterprise strategy, transforming executive talent pipelines, and managing complex organizational friction inside high-stakes global rooms.
The presenting problem is rarely the whole problem.
A strategy issue may also be a leadership issue. A team issue may be rooted in structure, trust, exhaustion, or a future no one has been willing to name. And a career question may be inseparable from identity, family, health, or purpose.
I see how it all connects. That is where the work begins.
I help leaders and organizations understand the larger system around the problem, make sense of what the moment requires, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.
The Woman Behind the Work
Here’s what I know to be true:
When strategy is clear, organizations grow.
And when leaders embody the best of who they are — and align their life and leadership accordingly — everything changes for the better.
Getting there often means navigating an inflection point: a moment when the stakes are high, the path forward is not obvious, and what worked before no longer applies.
For most of my career, that has been the work: shaping enterprise strategy, advising executives, and leading through growth, mergers, transition, and reinvention.
Today, I partner with leaders and organizations around the world to do that same work.
I’ve also lived the demands of leadership outside the boardroom.
Raising three incredible children, largely on my own, while building an executive career taught me what it means to carry responsibility, navigate complexity, and continue growing professionally and personally.
Not in theory. In real life.
That experience shapes how I work today. It’s where strategy meets life, where leadership becomes more than a title, and where meaningful transformation can take root in a way that actually lasts.
Whether you are leading a business, building a legacy, or recalibrating your life, I serve as a strategic guide and trusted advisor — helping you move from where you are to where you really want to be.

Why Leaders Trust Me With the Work That Matters
When the stakes are high, my clients want more than a plan. They want a trusted partner who understands both the visible challenge and the larger system around it.
They turn to me when:
the strategy feels outdated, fragmented, or unclear;
success no longer feels aligned or fulfilling;
they are leading through growth, merger, transition, or reinvention;
they are at a personal crossroads and want their next move to be intentional.
And they stay because I bring more than frameworks.
My approach to strategies for life and leadership was built in real arenas where the stakes were high, the dynamics were complex, and the margin for nonsense was nil.
For decades, leaders have trusted me with conversations they could not have anywhere else: doubts about the strategy, concerns about the team, questions about their own leadership, and the private knowledge that something fundamental needed to change.
I bring strategic and business fluency, deep listening, pattern recognition, grounded candor —and yes, enough humor to make consequential work feel a little lighter.
Together, we make sense of what is really happening, identify what the moment requires, and move forward with courage and clarity.
The Global Scale: As Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President for a global nonprofit, I directed enterprise strategy and leadership development across 25 countries—aligning diverse stakeholders, navigating international complexity, and helping ensure that an ambitious mission was supported by the strategy, leadership, and systems required to deliver it.
The Enterprise Growth: As Senior Vice President of People & Development for the nation’s third-largest credit union, I served on the senior leadership team during a period of extraordinary growth from $19 billion to $36 billion in assets. I helped introduce and execute StratOp®, modernize the people function, and strengthen the leadership systems needed to support scale, performance, and exceptional member service.
The Unspoken Dynamics: Throughout my career, I have often been one of the “onlys” in the room—and frequently one of the few willing to name what others could sense but had not yet said. That experience sharpened my ability to read not only the issue at hand, but also the power, identity, trust, and organizational dynamics shaping what can actually move forward. I understand the additional realities women and diverse leaders often navigate, and I help them expand their authority, build trust across difference, and lead boldly without diminishing themselves in the process.
