When leaders are clear, aligned, and fully themselves, they don’t just build successful organizations—they create lives and leadership that are deeply fulfilling, intentional, and true.”

The Work Behind the Work

That quoted belief above didn’t come from theory. It was shaped over decades of leading, building, and navigating real-world complexity—inside organizations, across teams, and in my own life.

I help purposeful organizations and high-capacity leaders at inflection points—growing revenue, scaling operations, aligning post-merger, or navigating the deeper questions of what’s next in life and work.

Here’s what I know to be true:

When strategy is clear, organizations grow.

And when leaders embody the best of who they are—and align their life and leadership accordingly—everything changes.

Getting there, however, often requires successfully navigating inflection points—the moments where the path forward isn’t obvious, the stakes are high, and what worked before no longer applies.

For most of my career, that’s the work I’ve done. Helping shape enterprise strategy. Advising executives. Leading through moments that matter — growth, transition, reinvention.

And I’ve loved it! The scale. The challenge. The responsibility.

Today, I partner with leaders and organizations across the globe to do that same work.

I’ve also lived the real-life demands of leadership outside the boardroom.

Raising three incredible children—largely on my own—while building a career taught me what it means to carry responsibility, navigate complexity, and continue growing both professionally and personally.

Not in theory. In real life.

That experience shapes my approach. It’s where strategy meets life. Where leadership becomes more than a title.

And where bold transformation happens—thoughtfully, intentionally, and in a way that actually lasts.

Whether you’re leading a business, building a legacy, or recalibrating your life, I’m here as a strategic guide and trusted advisor to help you navigate from where you are to where you really want to be.

Why Clients Work With Me

When the stakes are high, my clients want more than a plan
— they want a partner
who gets it. They turn to me when:

Their strategy feels outdated or unclear

Their success no longer feels aligned or fulfilling

They’re leading through merger, transition, or need to grow

They’re at a personal crossroads and want their next move to be intentional

And they stay because I bring more than frameworks. I bring perspective. Deep listening. Strategic and business fluency. And fun and laughter along the way to lighten the load.

Who I Serve

I serve purposeful organizations and high-capacity leaders at inflection points—scaling revenue, integrating new leadership, aligning post-merger, or navigating the deeper questions of what’s next in life and work.

  • I work with CEOs, founders, leaders, and professionals at pivotal moments—when the path forward isn’t obvious and the usual tools no longer work.

    • They’ve achieved success, but something feels off or incomplete.

    • They want more from this next chapter.

    • They’re ready for growth—in business, in life, or both.

    • They’re standing at the edge of their next leap and want to do it differently this time—without burning out or selling out.

    Most say:

“I don’t know what’s off, but I know something is.”

That “something” is often the breakthrough we unlock— through StratOp, LifePlan, and Executive Advisory.

  • The first time I heard a credit union leader call the industry the “first responders” of the pandemic, something clicked.

Credit unions are Member-first with people-helping-people at their core.

They show up with capital and compassion when it matters most.

I had the privilege of serving as a Senior Vice President at SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union—the nation’s 3rd largest credit union—as we grew from $19B to $36B in five years.

Being part of the senior leadership team as we reshaped our strategic and leadership ecosystems—including introducing StratOp® to evolve the organization’s strategic planning process—deepened my perspective on what it truly takes to align strategy, leadership, and execution at scale.

Now, as retirements, mergers, digital transformation, and shifting Member expectations reshape the landscape, an aligned and executable strategy is a Member imperative.

The next generation of credit union leadership is being defined right now. I’m here to help leaders navigate these complex changes with clarity, courage, and conviction—so they can grow, evolve, and continue delivering the kind of impact their Members and communities rely on.

Because when credit unions thrive, their Members—and entire communities—do too. And that’s a movement I’m all in on.

  • My years at Compassion International changed me.

I joined to help children around the world thrive. I stayed because I discovered a deeper calling— helping leaders and organizations reach their full potential too.

Leading across a complex and global footprint in 25 countries in Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean, and with global partners throughout Europe, Canada, South Korea, Australia, and New Zealand taught me this:

Nonprofits are some of the most mission-driven, intelligent, and incredibly resourceful organizations in the world.

But the stakes are high—and the margin for error is small.

Too often, nonprofits are expected to deliver world-changing results without the funding, structure, or strategic systems to match. And in today’s landscape of shifting donor expectations, staffing challenges, and increased demands for measurable impact, that gap is only widening.

    That’s where I come in.

I bring high-caliber strategic planning and leadership elevation to organizations doing remarkable work.

Revenue matters. Strategy matters. Leadership alignment matters. When all three are in place, mission impact grows—and lives change.

If you’re a nonprofit leader navigating change, growth challenges, or mounting complexity, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Let’s make sure your strategy is as powerful as your purpose.

  • As a Black woman who has often been the only—the only woman, the only person of color, the only one willing to speak truth to power—I understand what it’s like to lead in spaces not originally built with you in mind.

And I know how to thrive in those spaces—without losing yourself.

I have a deep commitment to women, leaders of color, and anyone breaking new ground.

    • I see your brilliance.

    • I understand the pressure.

    • And I know the cost of navigating it alone.

You don’t have to switch and you don’t have to carry it all without support.

Inclusion, belonging, equity and diversity aren’t about politics, it’s about unlocking an organization’s full potential.

If you’re ready to expand your leadership authentically—let’s connect. Whether through Executive Coaching or a LifePlan, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
